Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team driving B2B design-win revenue with defense primes, UAS/UGV manufacturers, and system integrators.

You will oversee the full sales lifecycle from technical evaluations and field testing to MSAs and large-volume production orders, with up to 50% travel and remote-work flexibility depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in senior sales management or director level with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching.
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing sales talent.
• Resolve complex customer issues and drive major deals to closure.
• Translate company goals into daily tasks for sales reps.
• Travel up to 50% for customer sites, field demos, and trade shows.
