Job summary

IntelliBee in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives, adoption, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement up to the C-suite, and expertise across Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile frameworks, with hands-on change planning, communications, and onboarding programs.

Qualifications

• Prosci or Kotter certification required.
• SAFe certification preferred (Coach/RTE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies using ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including execs.
• Establish OCM Community of Practice.
• Develop communications and onboarding programs.
• Engage with leadership to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Lead enterprise transformation efforts guiding teams through change processes.
• Design onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and resistance management.
• Develop ADKAR surveys to measure readiness and progress.
• Conduct stakeholder and empathy interviews for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate webinars, workshops, Lean Coffee, book clubs and podcasts.
• Leverage MS Office Suite for sessions and documentation.
• Support SAFe PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Use FigJam, Mural, and MS Teams Whiteboard for engagement.
• Track initiatives in JIRA and Confluence.
