Job summary

Local World is hiring a Senior Consulting Manager – AI Organizational Change Management to lead enterprise-scale transformations. You will operate at the program leadership level, partnering with executives and translating complex strategies into measurable adoption and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in OCM within large programs, oversees multiple workstreams, and excels at stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and enterprise training.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of OCM experience within enterprise transformation programs.
• Program-level leadership overseeing multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with change impact assessments, readiness, and adoption at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM strategy and execution across large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Conduct current-state/future-state gap and change impact assessments.
• Define readiness standards and future-state requirements.
• Develop and execute change plans, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Lead OCM interventions supporting cutover and go-live readiness.
• Partner with senior executives, program leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across complex, matrixed organizations.
