Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives in Washington, DC. You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption efforts using ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile approaches.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to engage C-suite executives and cross-functional teams, delivering measurable change outcomes and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organizational change management initiatives in enterprise programs.
• Certifications in Prosci or Kotter change management required.
• Deep knowledge of ADKAR, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management.
• Experience across Agile, Lean Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery styles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and C-suite executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent facilitation skills.
• Experience developing onboarding, mentoring, and engagement programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, FigJam, Mural, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies using ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile methods.
• Manage initiatives across Lean Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Establish an OCM Community of Practice for knowledge sharing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for transformations.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership and executives.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments; plan responses.
• Create user adoption strategies, onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
• Design ADKAR-based surveys to measure readiness and progress.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify needs and improvements.
• Facilitate webinars, workshops, Lean Coffee, and other engagement activities.
• Use Office tools to develop materials and conduct interactive sessions.
• Support PI planning, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize FigJam, Mural, and Teams Whiteboard to drive participation.
• Track progress with JIRA and Confluence and monitor adoption metrics.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
