Job summary

Local World is hiring a Senior Consulting Manager – AI Organizational Change Management to lead enterprise-scale transformations. You will operate at the program leadership level, partnering with executives and translating complex strategies into measurable adoption and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in OCM within large programs, oversees multiple workstreams, and excels at stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and enterprise training.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of OCM experience within enterprise transformation programs.
• Program-level leadership overseeing multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

This is an opportunity for an OCM professional who can operate at the program leadership level, partner with executives, and translate complex transformation strategies into measurable adoption and business outcomes.
