JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planning Lead to direct a team supporting a major technology client, with onsite roles in Chandler, AZ or Hillsboro, OR. You will shape space utilization and move sequences across portfolios.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data analysis, and collaboration across JLL businesses, using AI tools to enhance workplace planning and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in occupancy planning at a strategic level or related fields.
• Exceptional communication abilities for engaging stakeholders from administrative to executive levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Strong transformation, execution, and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Experience leading projects with clear expectations and outcomes.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations with ethical standards and resilience.
• Influencing and collaborative leadership that drives teams toward a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client leadership and internal teams, serving as primary contact for occupancy planning.
• Develop comprehensive occupancy plans and move sequences to maximize space utilization.
• Analyze real estate data using Excel and AI-powered tools to uncover insights and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop site strategies and workplace optimization.
• Lead and mentor teams, set expectations, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Create executive-level presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Champion innovation by leveraging AI to streamline research and improve deliverables.
• Navigate organizational change with strategic thinking and risk-aware decisions.
