JLL is seeking a skilled occupancy planner to shape workplace strategies across multiple sites. You will work with leadership to assess space demand, model utilization, and guide relocations and renovations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and executive-level reporting. Ideal candidates bring experience in occupancy planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize real estate usage and employee experience.

• Experience with occupancy planning and space analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies that support current and future business needs.
• Partner with leadership to assess space demand, workforce trends, and organizational growth plans.
• Create occupancy plans, block and stack scenarios, capacity analyses, and space allocation recommendations.
• Manage workplace initiatives including relocations, consolidations, renovations, restacks, and organizational moves.
• Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize utilization, reduce costs, and improve employee experience.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate planning discussions, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate move planning, migration schedules, and occupancy transitions in partnership with project teams.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that communicate key occupancy metrics and planning insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, and workplace programs.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on occupancy planning best practices.
