Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager to lead the Occupancy Planning and Management team, guiding daily operations and developing staff. You will drive space planning, portfolio management, and move coordination for real estate clients.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed data analysis, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. On-site positions across several U.S. cities include a strong benefits package and salary range.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team and coordinating multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of occupancy planning and management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and work with floor plans and spatial data.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in data and reports.
• Ability to manage budgets and operate within an operating plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within the Occupancy Planning & Management work group, assigning tasks, schedules and ensuring quality standards.
• Deliver JLL's Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools to real estate clients.
• Build productive relationships within the team and with other groups to ensure client outcomes.
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of project status reports, seat demand tracking, and space capacity analysis.
• Resolve operational problems and provide day-to-day guidance to direct reports.
• Create clear planning reports for Corporate Real Estate decision-making and communicate progress clearly.
