Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Occupancy Planning Lead to guide a team in developing strategic space plans for clients in the United States. The role partners with the client Workplace Planner to analyze demand and supply, sizing programs, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver outcomes.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of a cross-disciplinary team to ensure consistency and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design, urban design, real estate, design strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading occupancy planning teams and working with large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Lead campus-wide occupancy planning projects and delegate work across the OP organization.
• Apply analytical methodologies to solve portfolio-level problems and guide decisions.
• Derive insights from large data sets to inform goals and long-term plans.
• Facilitate working sessions with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Present campus scenarios with data, precedents, and recommended options.
• Develop project narratives through presentations and reports.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the occupancy planning team; align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with IFM, MAC/project relocation teams and client stakeholders for project success.
• Mentor the occupancy planning team on strategy methodologies.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with Project/Strategy Directors; understand client business and outcomes.
