Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to drive occupancy strategies and portfolio optimization for a major client, reporting to the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead.

You will analyze occupancy metrics with Google Sheets, collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Project Management, and Facilities on headcount projections and move timelines, and mentor the occupancy planning team to deliver data‑driven space solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of occupancy planning and space management experience.
• At least 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Expert-level data analysis with Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Strategically translate business requirements into occupancy plans and space solutions.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal Real Estate, Workplace Services, PM, and Facilities teams.
• Lead change management before, during, and after workspace transitions.
• Oversee data quality, headcount audits, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor occupancy planning and space teams.
