Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Director of Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead strategic space planning initiatives across APAC, LATAM, and AMER. You will partner with client real estate teams to align with portfolio objectives and drive innovative occupancy solutions.

You will manage a global team, oversee budgets, and guide cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable real estate outcomes while navigating high‑pressure scenarios with strategic, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years of corporate leadership experience with regional exposure.
• Proven experience in strategic space/occupancy planning and data management.
• Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across APAC, LATAM, and AMER regions.
• Lead global occupancy planning programs and drive cost efficiency.
• Manage multi-regional client relationships at executive level.
• Direct crisis response and risk-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with facilities, projects, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
