Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to lead occupancy strategies and portfolio optimization for our client. Reporting to the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead, you will translate business needs into forward-looking space solutions and guide cross-functional teams.

You will apply data analytics, CAFM and AutoCAD expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to design plans, manage migrations, and mentor the occupancy planning team in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of occupancy planning, space management and change management experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading teams.
• Expert-level data fluency with analytical skills and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and AutoCAD; strong architectural drawing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Delivery: translate business requirements into occupancy plans and space solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Real Estate, Workplace Services, PM and Facilities Management.
• Change Management & Communication: deliver effective change management during workspace transitions.
• Continuous Improvement: oversee data quality, block/stack plans, and headcount audits.
• Leadership & Team Growth: manage and mentor the occupancy planning and space teams.
