Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Occupancy Planner to optimize corporate real estate portfolios through data-driven seat allocation, stack and block exercises, and occupancy validation. You will work with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, and Project Management to align planning with business objectives in a dynamic, on-site New York environment.

The role emphasizes space efficiency, policy enforcement, and collaboration across teams while developing skills in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate real estate/space planning experience.
• Strong Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP) and AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with interior renovations and strategic occupancy planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and creating client-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop seat allocation plans and occupancy scenarios.
• Prepare reports comparing actual vs projected demand.
• Collaborate with CRE teams and leadership to align planning strategies.
• Enforce space policies and coordinate migrations.
• Support site audits and workplace transitions.
• Present space data to drive decisions for planning horizons.
