Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Regional OP/MAC Lead to direct occupancy planning for multiple spaces and programs. You will lead a team of occupancy planners, drive data-driven scenarios, and collaborate with client Workplace Planners to anticipate needs and optimize space options.

You will manage a strategic campus sizing and location process, working with stakeholders to balance priorities, ensure consistency, and deliver high-quality planning outputs.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of relevant professional experience post-graduation.
• 8–10+ years of experience leading occupancy planning teams.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design, urban design, real estate, design strategy, organizational development, organizational psychology, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide projects, delegating occupancy planning work across the Sr. OP and OP org.
• Implement analytical methodologies for solving business problems to make portfolio level decisions.
• Develop insights from large-scale data sets to determine impact on project goals and long-term planning strategies.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to convey scenarios, findings, and recommended actions.
