Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to support occupancy strategy and space management within corporate workplace programs. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and client teams, integrating with relocation management and facilities functions, and serve as the main contact for planning process consistency.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-8 years of corporate real estate experience.
• Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups, calculations).
• Ability to present planning strategy with supporting data and floor plans.

Responsabilidades

• Validate finance-approved headcount projections for a rolling 3-year planning horizon across business units.
• Develop occupancy scenarios to support requirements and analyze metrics.
• Track and report headcount vs. forecast; develop site-specific occupancy strategies.
• Create stacking diagrams and coordinate migration and phasing with leadership and client teams.
• Recommend space policies and ensure compliance; maintain quarterly org-level space allocation plans.
