Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking an Occupancy Planning Lead in New York to oversee strategic space planning for a large corporate real estate portfolio. You will manage a team of five planners, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape long-term workplace strategy across roughly 15 million square feet.

The role demands extensive occupancy planning experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Hybrid work with strong leadership and client-relations skills will be essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in occupancy planning, corporate real estate, workplace strategy or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading occupancy planning teams (five or more direct reports preferred).
• Experience supporting Fortune 1000 organizations with large real estate portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, data analysis and data visualization.
• Experience developing campus strategies and presenting multiple scenarios to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic occupancy plans aligning space utilization with business needs and long-term objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of five Occupancy Planners and review deliverables for quality.
• Lead the annual campus restacking process using portfolio data analytics.
• Evaluate space supply, demand and future requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present multiple occupancy scenarios balancing stakeholder priorities and space.
