Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to partner with the client’s Real Estate org and end users. Lead occupancy plans, sequencing moves, and align site strategies with enterprise priorities. Provide data-driven recommendations and educate on space policies while executing planning strategies with the client.

You will be a SME in the workplace program, driving solutions, and leading the occupancy planning and account team with strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in occupancy/space planning at a strategic level in corporate real estate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for test-fit option development.
• Proficient in CAFM/IWMS databases (FMS, Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable with frequent or rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rapidly changing business needs with flexibility and commitment to new requirements/scope.
• Create and develop business programming, restack programs, allocation plans, adjacency diagrams, test fits, migration plans and move sequencing for planning projects.
• Use creative and analytical thinking to generate multiple solution options for complex occupancy problems (e.g., M&A, rapid growth, consolidations).
• Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Utilize a CAFM/IWMS database to manage allocations and maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Space Data Insights Team.
