Job summary

Microland is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing US Midwest team. You will hunt new enterprise logos for our AI-first, platform-led IT infrastructure services and bring deep knowledge of cloud, data center, networks, and security to client conversations.

You’ll define demand creation strategies, own the sales cycle from outreach to closure, and engage C-suite executives to win multi-year transformations, with support from delivery and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise IT services sales.
• Experience selling platform-led IT infrastructure transformations.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-year deals.
• Excellent communication and executive level negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire net-new enterprise accounts in North American markets.
