Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development or hunting-focused B2B sales.
• Experience selling to industrial sectors (gas, welding, safety) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth by pursuing and closing new, high-margin accounts.
• Manage end-to-end new business sales process including lead qualification, value linking and negotiating deals.
• Build executive-level engagement and close full-account agreements ($100k–$500k).
• Travel 3.5–4 days per week to visit prospective clients.
• Seamlessly onboard new accounts and transition to Account Manager after milestones.
