Job summary

Sysco Southeast Florida, LLC is seeking a Local New Business Developer to improve market position and drive growth by executing long-term strategic goals, leveraging analytics and Sysco Salesforce to generate and qualify leads, negotiate contracts and hand off to sales for onboarding.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop local business plans under regional targets (up to $5M annual revenue), build relationships with brokers and customers, and stay current with industry trends to expand

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED and 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with contract negotiations and new business development.
• Proficient in analytics, Excel and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the local new business plan aligned with financial goals.
• Develop a comprehensive local new business strategy with leadership.
• Prioritize opportunities using analytics and Sysco Salesforce.
