HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead strategic direction for Navy Programs across multiple U.S. locations, including California. The role emphasizes growth, staff development, quality, and cross‑functional collaboration with Federal leadership and external stakeholders.

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with executive impact.
• Self-starter with proven project delivery under limited oversight.
• Strong financial acumen and experience growing programs in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Develop projects, markets, and planning details for Navy Programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution including cost control and risk.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and manage staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor service performance for Navy Programs.
