HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead the Federal Business Group’s Navy initiatives. You will steer strategic direction, pursue opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to deliver quality Navy-related projects across the US.

The role requires 15+ years in the industry, strong executive leadership, and a track record of managing diverse teams while driving growth in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional area; master’s preferred.
• Professional registrations in area of study.
• 5+ years leadership in large, complex organizations at executive level.
• Experience in diverse teams and strategic planning.
• Strong financial acumen and procurement understanding.
• Active commitment to HDR values and employee ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy (including Marine Corps) Programs strategic direction and visioning.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Develop projects, markets, and budgets for Navy Programs.
• Direct program execution across multiple disciplines and manage governance.
