HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead growth for the U.S. Navy program. You’ll drive strategic direction, oversee budgets and staffing, and coordinate with Federal Leadership to win and deliver high‑value contracts.

Regular collaboration with multiple HDR groups and external partners is essential to success. The role requires executive-level experience, strong financial and program-management capabilities, and the ability to travel 20-40% to meet client and project needs across
