HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead the Federal Business Group’s Navy Programs nationwide. You will guide strategy, program execution, and client relations across multiple disciplines, partnering with leadership to grow scope and impact.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in the industry, executive leadership experience, and strong financial acumen. Travel 20–40% is required as you collaborate with diverse stakeholders and HDR office networks.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning
• Support sales teams to achieve sales goals related to Navy Programs
• Develop projects, markets, and planning information for Navy Programs
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and Client Management Teams
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance within Navy Programs
