Job summary

HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead the Federal Business Group’s Navy Programs growth in the United States. You will guide strategic direction, oversee multi-disciplinary program execution, and collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Develop projects, markets, and budgets for Navy Programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and Client Management Teams.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance for Navy Programs.
• Monitor Navy Programs direction, risk, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership across company and groups.
• Contribute to strategic planning and engagement with clients and partners.
• Occasionally serve as project principal/program manager on significant projects.
• Manage relationships with government and partner organizations.
• Model HDR employee-owned culture in daily work.
