• 15+ years in relevant industry with executive-level experience.
• Self-starter with proven ability to deliver projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement of professional services.
• Proven ability to build networks and win high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance of Navy Programs.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and Client Management Teams.
