HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead the Federal Business Group's growth for US Navy programs. The role requires directing cross-disciplinary program execution, pursuing opportunities, and collaborating with external stakeholders across HDR's national footprint.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of senior leadership in large organizations, strong strategic planning capabilities, and deep understanding of A/E/C procurement of professional services, with a willingness to travel 20-40%

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
Executive-level leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
Experience in strategic planning and program management.
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Travel requirement: 20-40%.

Responsibilities

Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning.
Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
Develop new projects, markets, and program planning for Navy Programs.
Direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and Navy Programs staff.
