ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is seeking a Subsidiary Director of National and Regional Accounts to provide strategic leadership for national and regional client accounts across the ECS offices. You will directly manage key national accounts, drive growth, and coordinate regional account management to deliver a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience with a degree or 16 years without a degree.
• High school diploma or GED required with relevant degrees preferred.
• Expert knowledge of national account management and strategic account planning.
• Ability to lead complex client relationships across multiple offices and markets.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic leadership for national and regional client accounts.
• Develop account strategies, growth objectives, and performance expectations.
• Mentor National Account Managers and coordinate regional accounts.
• Manage and improve client relationships and satisfaction.
• Oversee project delivery, service integration, and cross-office collaboration.
• Monitor revenue, backlog, profitability, and invoicing for accounts.
