Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Subsidiary Director of National and Regional Accounts to provide strategic leadership for national and regional client accounts. You will develop account strategies, mentor National Account Managers, and align service lines to expand relationships and drive growth across ECS offices.

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project delivery, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction while pursuing new national opportunities within and beyond the subsidiary.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience or 16+ years without a degree
• Expert knowledge of national account management and strategic account planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex client relationships across multiple offices and service lines
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational influence skills
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and grow service opportunities

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a portfolio of national accounts and oversees regional account management
• Develops and leads national account programs for client development and long-term growth
• Partners with executive leadership to expand client relationships and coordinate project delivery
• Mentors National Account Managers and facilitates strategic account discussions
• Monitors account performance and allocates resources to improve growth and profitability
• Coordinates invoicing activities and tracks financial performance across accounts
• Supports cross-functional collaboration across subsidiaries, regions, and service lines
• Represents ECS professionally in client meetings and industry events
