Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a degree or 16+ years without a degree
• Expert knowledge of national account management and client development
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate across offices and service lines

Responsibilities

• Directly manages national accounts totaling $3M+ in annual sales
• Develops account strategies and growth objectives
• Mentors National Account Managers and coordinates regional accounts
• Oversees regional account management processes and service integration
• Maintains client satisfaction and expands relationships across ECS offices

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related

Master's degree or MBA preferred
