Qualifications

• Experience in account management, strategic sales, consulting, banking, payments, technology or financial services.
• Proven track record of developing relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with growth opportunity identification.
• Ability to translate data, trends and market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools and capabilities to strengthen account strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with large National Accounts as a strategic partner.
• Develop and execute account plans aligning customer priorities with Mastercard's objectives.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive revenue and payment volume.
• Develop QBRs, reporting and insights translating data into recommendations.
• Leverage Mastercard products and capabilities to address customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver solutions and reach goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across product, strategy, marketing and operations.
