Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, SME Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in North America through channel partnerships and strategic outreach. You will leverage Mastercard’s SME product suite to deliver value for channel partners and their SME customers.

The role requires consultative sales skills and a proven track record in financial services, fintech, or payments, with strong relationship management and communication abilities. This is a senior, on-site role based in Purchase, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a revenue-driven sales strategy across North America via channel partners.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with data-driven insights.
• Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach and partnerships.
• Position Mastercard’s SME product suite to maximize client value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to enhance SME solutions.
• Expand Mastercard’s reach with FinTechs, acquirers, issuers, and ecosystem players.
