Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Account Management to manage a portfolio of Community Institution customers and deliver an exceptional Mastercard experience. You will build relationships, identify growth opportunities, support business initiatives, and partner across Mastercard to meet customer needs in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Community Institution customers, building trusted partnerships and supporting customer success.
• Grow engagement by expanding Mastercard products, services, and solutions.
• Advise on customer priorities, challenges, and goals to provide relevant recommendations.
• Execute day-to-day account management activities, including communications and action planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver solutions.
• Support renewals, pricing requests, presentations, and business cases.
• Educate customers via webinars, office hours, and portfolio communications.
• Drive improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency.
