Canteen, a member of Compass Group USA, is hiring an Account Manager to maintain and expand national accounts. You will lead client relationships, deliver business reviews, and oversee projects with internal teams to meet objectives.

The role requires 4+ years in account management or customer service, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel locally about 35-45%. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in account management and/or customer service.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present business reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for complex client relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally ~35–45%.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by managing relationships and conducting regular reviews.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans for client objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as main contact between client team and internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop churn-mitigation strategies.
