Foodbuy, a subsidiary of Compass Group USA, seeks an Account Management Specialist to support senior leaders by coordinating member initiatives, tracking progress, and preparing customer materials. The role involves travel up to 20% for member meetings, reviews, and supplier engagements, while enhancing communication and execution across teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong written and verbal skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset to grow into an Account Manager role

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional communication for emails, meeting recaps, agendas, and updates.
• Willingness to learn CRM, Power BI, MPower, Smartsheet, Copilot, and other Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across members, projects, and priorities as directed by senior leaders.
• Identify savings, contract compliance, program adoption, and supplier engagement opportunities.
• Maintain project organization and visibility in Smartsheet, CRM, and other trackers.
• Prepare agendas, recaps, action-item trackers, and supporting materials for meetings.
• Develop data-driven Business Review materials for member visits and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate updates and resolve open items.
• Monitor tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely progress against objectives.
• Grow knowledge of Foodbuy Hospitality programs and account management best practices.
