Canteen, a Compass Group company, seeks an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of workplace supply and service accounts in New York. You will be the primary contact, ensuring exceptional service, driving retention and revenue growth, and collaborating with sales, operations, procurement, and service teams.

The ideal candidate builds strong client relationships, identifies opportunities, and delivers solutions across coffee, pantry, catering, and related programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related areas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and penetrate new opportunities.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and office productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations in New York.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
• Develop familiarity with Corporate Essentials' product offerings and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
• Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and audits to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Support client retention with proactive communication and account management.
• Analyze account performance and feedback to drive growth.
• Assist onboarding of new accounts and product rollouts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and cross-department communication.
