Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise National Account Specialist in the Houston area. You will support National Account customers onsite and remotely, managing onboarding, orders, inventory, warranties, and disputes to ensure flawless program execution.

You will coordinate training for customers and internal teams, build strong relationships, and ensure service level commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful program adoption.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and escalate as needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new programs, products, and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal stakeholders.
