Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS is seeking an Account Specialist – National Accounts to bridge national accounts with our Customer Solutions team and drive the full order journey. You will uncover service trends, present scorecard insights, and coordinate improvement plans to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include building trusted partnerships, leading business reviews, and turning insights into scalable, actionable improvements across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least three years’ experience in account support, customer service, customer solutions, sales operations, order management, or a related business function.
• Experience analyzing information, identifying patterns, and converting findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Experience working within a CRM platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted partnerships with designated national accounts.
• Serve as primary liaison between national accounts and Customer Solutions for effective communication between customers and internal teams.
• Prepare for and participate in customer business reviews, scorecard discussions, and strategy meetings; present performance insights and improvement plans.
• Balance customer needs with operational requirements and company policies; recommend sustainable solutions.
• Educate customers and internal teams on National Account processes, service expectations, and available support channels.
