Responsibilities

• Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting.
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks.
• Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests.
• Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy.
• Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data.
• Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates.
• Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed.
