Job summary

Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS seeks an Account Specialist – National Accounts to connect national accounts with the Customer Solutions team, manage the full order journey, and drive improvements through insights and collaboration.

You will build trusted relationships, lead business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure a consistent, effective customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in account support, customer service, customer solutions, sales operations, order management, or a related function.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer partnerships and serve as the primary Customer Solutions liaison for assigned large national accounts.
• Prepare for and participate in customer business reviews, scorecard discussions, and strategy meetings; present performance insights, process guidance, risks, and improvement plans.
• Balance the needs of the customer with operational requirements and company policies, using professional judgment to recommend sustainable solutions.
• Educate customers and internal teams on National Account processes, service expectations, channels, and changes.
• Drive operational excellence and issue resolution; review order flow and implement best practices and standard work.
• Partner with Customer Solutions leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution and monitor actions.
• Identify and elevate service risks and resolve routine to moderately complex account issues.
• Turn insights into continuous improvement by analyzing trends and summarizing actionable recommendations.
