Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Enterprise National Account Advocate (NAA) to provide onsite and remote support for strategic National Account customers in the Philadelphia area. You will manage onboarding, inventory, orders, warranty/returns, disputes, and training coordination to ensure flawless execution of programs.

The role requires strong customer service, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts or onboarding projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to implement National Account programs.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new customer programs.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with customers, branch operations, and sales teams.
• Monitor account activity and ensure implementation milestones are achieved.
