Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead and expand a key national strategic partnership within North America. You will serve as executive steward for major accounts, shaping market strategy and driving adoption of our video security and access control ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the video security solutions industry.
• Experience managing national accounts or Tier-1 partners preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Executive-level relationship management with national strategic partner accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans aligning video security portfolio with partner growth.
• Create presentations and sales tools to communicate integrated solution value to enterprise teams.
• Identify and close new opportunities while managing the full sales pipeline from contact to delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Engineering, and Operations to gather partner feedback and enable growth programs.
