Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead a national strategic partnership across North America. You will shape market strategy, drive adoption of the video security and access control ecosystem, and serve as the executive steward for major accounts.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, partner teams, and cross-functional groups to align roadmaps with long-term customer visions, build alliances, and enable channel partners with the sales tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development in video security solutions.
• Experience leading strategic partnerships and executive relationships.
• Ability to create and execute strategic account plans and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across national strategic partner accounts.
• Develop and refine strategic account plans aligning video security portfolio with growth.
• Lead pipeline development, proposals, and quotes across Portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to enable partners and drive adoption.
