Job summary

Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive profitable growth in an assigned book of accounts. You will consult with clients, learn their business needs, and propose Equifax solutions, demonstrating tangible ROI and value throughout the engagement.

You will deliver strategic human capital value, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends to sustain long-term partnerships with National Accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing, strategic sales role.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Proven capacity to create compelling proposals and value-based selling.
• Ability to develop account and territory plans and maintain CRM data.
• Experience with renewals and cross-functional collaboration.
