Job summary

MetLife is seeking a National Accounts Account Executive to manage large employer clients (5,000+ lives) within Group Benefits. You will own the relationship and lead strategy to deliver integrated life, disability, dental, vision and voluntary solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, brokers and partners to grow the portfolio, expand offerings, and ensure exceptional client outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Group Benefits products, services, and industry practices.
• Must obtain Life, and Accident & Health state licenses within 3 months and P&C license within 6 months.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 required within 12 months of employment.
