They leverage data and market insights to tailor solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong executive partnerships for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and formal business presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize value and achieve retention and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for high-value accounts, guiding renewal, retention and upsell strategies.
• Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain senior-level client and broker relationships and lead client meetings and business reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics and address risks to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and innovative solutions.
• Lead initiatives and coordinate project delivery timelines and status updates.
