Qualifications

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance programs and physical plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and related systems.

• Plan and supervise staff, assign projects, and review work methods.
• Develop policies and procedures, and ensure program goals are met.
• Provide staff training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
