Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate maintenance operations for City facilities.

• Oversee budgets and facility-related contracts.
• Coordinate contracted maintenance services (HVAC, elevators, etc.).
• Prepare reports on facility conditions and capital planning.
