Job summary

The Salvation Army Colorado Springs Corps is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and appearance of our properties, vehicles, and grounds. You will supervise staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure facilities remain safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance or supervisory work, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related facilities maintenance or supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Experience supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance staff, volunteers, contractors, and vendors to keep facilities safe and functional.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Coordinate janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, and facility improvement projects.
Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle records.
Manage facility budgets and report expenditures to leadership.
