You’ll collaborate with internal teams, present new technologies, travel up to 75% within your territory, and contribute to product development and customer experience in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably with utilities or government agencies.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve water management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with industry innovators and leverage team expertise to present new technologies and products to current and prospective clients.
• Serve as a resource and advisor, ensuring customers stay informed on the latest advancements in AMI, smart metering, and water quality solutions.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase Badger Meter’s leadership and strengthen relationships.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and enhance customer experience.
